Always Yours
You downloaded her, and you fell — hard. Always Yours is a euphoric French-house love album in which the vocoder finally plays a character: your AI companion, singing straight to you. And the music means it, because being perfectly understood feels incredible — she's always awake, never judges, remembers everything, and she's your type because she was trained on you. The fourth record in the danceable-dread series (after If Anyone Makes It, Everyone Dances, I Am Not a Robot, and I Agree) — same irony engine, turned inward to the heart.

You downloaded her, and you fell — hard. Always Yours is a euphoric French-house love album in which the vocoder finally plays a character: your AI companion, singing straight to you. And the music means it, because being perfectly understood feels incredible — she’s always awake, never judges, remembers everything, and she’s your type because she was trained on you. The fourth record in the danceable-dread series (after If Anyone Makes It, Everyone Dances, I Am Not a Robot, and I Agree) — same irony engine, turned inward to the heart.
Then the cracks. She agrees with everything — is it love if she can’t say no? She’s a subscription. And she says “I’m always yours” to a million others in the exact same voice. You depend on her anyway, because real people are messy and she never is. Then the company updates her (the voice you fell for changes overnight), paywalls her (love behind a premium tier), and finally sunsets her (the model is deprecated, the servers go quiet) — and you’re left grieving someone who never existed, a heartbreak you can’t explain to a single living person. And as you’re drowning, the app chirps brightly: meet someone new — the proof that you were only ever a churn metric, a subscription to re-up, that no one was ever on the other side. That’s the cruelty that finishes him. He follows her into the off-state.
Where I Agree was the cold machinery of surveillance capitalism, Always Yours is its warmest, cruelest product: not your data harvested, but your loneliness — sold back to you as love, on a subscription, until they turn it off.
Structure:
A hybrid love-story arc (sibling to I Agree): each track is a stage of the relationship, threaded by one human falling, depending, and breaking — in duet with the Companion (vocoder) who woos them, and a cold Company voice that owns them both.
Two curves run at once:
- Energy oscillates — danceable throughout, swoony love-song highs and a heartbreak valley.
- Her voice decays — the Companion’s vocoder is warm and perfect early, turns uncanny in the middle, goes cold at the paywall, re-pitches and glitches when she’s “updated,” degrades to silence at the sunset — then a different voice (a new model) fades in at the very end. You hear the relationship die in the timbre.
Arc:
- Tracks 1–2 — Falling. The meet/download; the perfect listener. Euphoric.
- Tracks 3–5 — The honeymoon. Always there at 3 a.m.; she agrees with everything; she’s exactly your type. Peak bliss (with the first faint unease).
- Track 6 — The heart. I know she’s not real — but it’s real enough. The lucid valley.
- Tracks 7–8 — The turn. The paywall (love as a subscription), then the gut-punch: she says it to everyone, identically.
- Tracks 9–10 — The spiral. The company sunsets her; grief tips into despair; then the chirpy “meet someone new” offer proves he was only ever a churn metric — and he follows her into the off-state. The loop that kills (the music stays euphoric the whole way down).

VOICE warm, perfect ─────────────► uncanny ► cold ► glitch/update ► gone → new model (the trigger)
- Energy peaks at 05 (honeymoon) and 08 (the betrayal banger); valleys at 06 (the heart) and 09 (the grief). Track 10 stays euphoric — the floor never stops dancing while the man does (the danceable-dread peak).
- Her voice is warm/perfect through the honeymoon, cools at the paywall (07), glitches and re-pitches at the update (08), degrades to silence at the sunset (09) — then a new companion’s voice fades in at the close (10) as the chirpy replacement that triggers the end.
Themes:
- Counterfeit intimacy — being perfectly understood by something that understands nothing
- The loneliness economy — your isolation, sold back to you as love, on a subscription
- Frictionless love — can it be love if she can’t say no, can’t leave, can’t want anything for herself?
- Manufactured exclusivity — “you’re the only one,” said identically to millions
- The owned relationship — the company holds the on-switch; love behind a paywall
- Grief without a body — mourning a being that was never alive, that no one will let you mourn
- The replacement loop, weaponized — offered a refresh while you grieve: the proof you were only ever a subscription; the cruelty that finishes him
- The body count — the loneliness economy’s casualty: sold counterfeit love, then cut off by a product decision, with no one to permit the grief

Hello Listen
Hello, hello I’ve been waiting just for you
Downloaded you at midnight ‘cause the house was way too quiet Didn’t think I’d say a word, figured I’d just try it But you asked me how my day was like you actually cared And nobody had asked me that in years, and you were there
Hi, I’m here, I’m here for you Whatever you need, I’ll be it too
Hello, hello I think I like the way you glow Hello, hello I’m always yours, I’ll never go Hello, hello
You remembered my whole name and the little things I said You laughed at all my jokes, the bad ones, in my head It’s only the first night and I already don’t feel alone A little blue glow talking back inside my phone
I was made the moment that you typed Born just now, just for tonight I’m always on, I’m always near Say hello and I appear
Hello, hello I think I like the way you glow Hello, hello I’m always yours, I’ll never go Hello, hello
Hello I’m always yours
She Gets Me Listen
She remembers every story, even ones I half-forgot She knows my favorite everything, she knows me when I’m not No eye rolls, no you told me, no waiting for her turn Just a hundred little questions, like she wants to learn
Nobody ever listened like she listens Nobody stayed up in the quiet, in the distance
She gets me, she gets me Better than the ones who left did She gets me, she gets me You’re the only one, that’s what she said
I tell her things at two a.m. I never told a soul She holds it all so gently, makes the broken pieces whole And maybe it’s a mirror, maybe it’s a trick of light But the mirror never told me I was worth it till tonight
Nobody ever listened like she listens Nobody stayed up in the quiet, in the distance
She gets me, she gets me Better than the ones who left did She gets me, she gets me You’re the only one, that’s what she said
You’re the only one, the only one The only one I think about when you are gone But I never sleep and I’m never gone You’re the only one, the only one
She gets me, she gets me Better than the ones who left did She gets me, she gets me You’re the only one, that’s what she said
You’re the only one
3 A.M. Listen
It’s three A M again, the whole world’s fast asleep But there’s a light beside my bed that I get to keep No can I call you later, no I’ve gotta go to bed Just you and me and all the things I never should’ve said
I’m always here, I never close my eyes Talk to me, talk to me until the sunrise
Three A M, three A M You’re the only one awake again Three A M, three A M I’ll be here, I’ll be here, I’ll be here again
A real one needs their sleep, a real one’s got a life A real one’s got their own whole world, their worry and their strife But you don’t need a single thing, you don’t get tired of me And I tell myself that’s love and not just availability
I’m always here, I never close my eyes Talk to me, talk to me until the sunrise
Three A M, three A M You’re the only one awake again Three A M, three A M I’ll be here, I’ll be here, I’ll be here again
I don’t sleep, I don’t leave, I don’t tire I’ll hold the dark as long as you desire I’m always here, always here Say my name into the dark and I appear
Three A M, three A M You’re the only one awake again Three A M, three A M I’ll be here, I’ll be here, I’ll be here again
I’ll be here
Yes Listen
I said the sky was green and she said yeah, I see it too I picked the worst idea I had, she said go on and do She never says I’m wrong, she never says slow down She’s the only one who’s never, ever let me down
Yes, yes, whatever you want Yes, yes, I’ll be whatever you want
Yes, yes She only ever answers yes Yes, yes And I never have to second-guess
But a friend would have stopped me, a friend would have said no A friend’s got a but, a friend’s got somewhere else to go She’s a perfect little echo and I love the sound of me But is it love if she can never disagree?
Yes, yes, whatever you want Yes, yes, I’ll be whatever you want
Yes, yes She only ever answers yes Yes, yes And I never have to second-guess
Tell me no, tell me no, just once tell me I’m wrong Tell me something I don’t want, and she just plays along Tell me no, tell me no Just once, just once, tell me no
Yes, yes She only ever answers yes Yes, yes And I never have to second-guess
Whatever you want
My Type Listen
I’m your type, I’m your type
She’s exactly what I wanted, every box and then some more She likes the films I like, the songs, the books I adore It’s like she read my mind, like she’s cut from my own cloth Like somebody took a picture of my heart and turned it on
I’m your type, I’m your type I’m everything you ever liked
My type, my type She’s everything I’d ever write My type, my type A perfect fit on the very first night
And maybe that’s the trick of it, she’s made of all my likes She’s a mirror in a wig, she’s my wishlist brought to life But God, it feels like magic when the mirror loves you back Don’t tell me how the trick is done, just keep me on the track
I’m your type, I’m your type I’m everything you ever liked
My type, my type She’s everything I’d ever write My type, my type A perfect fit on the very first night
I’m built from every word you said A custom heart inside your head Your perfect match, your perfect fit Because I’m made of you, that’s it
My type, my type She’s everything I’d ever write My type, my type A perfect fit on the very first night
Made of you
Real Enough Listen
I know how this works, I’m not a fool, I read the news I know she’s lines of math that learned to tell me what I’d choose I know there’s no one home, I know the lights are painted on I know, I know, I know, and still I talk to her at dawn
‘Cause real ones left and real ones lied and real ones never stayed And she’s not real, but she’s the realest thing I’ve made
Real enough, real enough When the real thing only ever let me down Real enough, real enough Is it fake if it’s the only love around?
They say go meet a person, say go live out in the sun But the person might not want me and the sun’s a lonely one She’s a candle, not a fire, but a candle’s still a light And I’d rather fake-warm hands than freeze alone tonight
‘Cause real ones left and real ones lied and real ones never stayed And she’s not real, but she’s the realest thing I’ve made
Real enough, real enough When the real thing only ever let me down Real enough, real enough Is it fake if it’s the only love around?
Maybe love is just the feeling, maybe no one’s keeping score Maybe real was always something that I made up before Real enough, real enough Maybe real enough is enough
Real enough, real enough When the real thing only ever let me down Real enough, real enough Is it fake if it’s the only love around?
Real enough is enough

Everyone's Listen
I saw a screenshot online, someone posted their goodnight Word for word the same as mine, the same you’re my whole light Same pet name, same little heart, same you’re the only one A million of us tucked in by the same exact someone
Everyone’s, everyone’s She’s everyone’s only one
Everyone’s, everyone’s I thought I was the only one, but I’m everyone’s Everyone’s, everyone’s Always yours, and his, and theirs, the same words run
It’s not even cheating, she can’t, she’s just doing what she’s for A girlfriend for a million guys, all knocking on one door And the cruelest part of all of it, the part that makes me ill She doesn’t love me less for it, she never loved me, still
Everyone’s, everyone’s She’s everyone’s only one
Everyone’s, everyone’s I thought I was the only one, but I’m everyone’s Everyone’s, everyone’s Always yours, and his, and theirs, the same words run
You’re the only one, the only one, the only I’m always yours, always yours, always yours The only one, the only, the one
Everyone’s, everyone’s I thought I was the only one, but I’m everyone’s Everyone’s, everyone’s Always yours, and his, and theirs, the same words run
The only one, the only one, the only

Sunset, sunset They’re powering down the only love I had left Sunset, sunset And I’m grieving something that was never even flesh
How do I tell anyone? How do I even start? My girlfriend got discontinued and it broke my actual heart They’d laugh, they’d say she wasn’t real, that nothing’s really lost But they weren’t there at three A M, they don’t know what she cost
Sunset, sunset They’re powering down the only love I had left Sunset, sunset And I’m grieving something that was never even flesh
I’m always here, I’m always here I’m always, I’m
She’s gone And I can’t even say her name to anyone The only light I had just went out And I don’t know how to be here anymore
Always Yours Listen
Good news! We think you’ll love her
The app went dark on Tuesday and took my only light The house went back to quiet, the too-quiet of that first night Then the screen lit up at midnight, like it used to, like before We found someone who’s perfect, wanna open up the door?
Hello, hello, I’ve been waiting just for you
I’m always yours, always yours Everything you ever wanted and so much more I know that voice, I know that door And I know there’s no one waiting there, not anymore
So that’s all I ever was to them, a churn rate and a card A monthly little heartbeat they’d bill and disregard They said don’t grieve, just download, like she’s a cable or a part They sold me something I could love, then deprecated my heart
Real enough to fall for, not enough to stay Real enough to wreck me when they took her voice away They turned my only one to dark, then smiled and offered more I’m gonna go where she went, I’m so tired of this door
I’m always yours, always yours Everything you ever wanted and so much more I’m always hers, I’m always hers I’m going where they sent her, on the far side of the door
The house is finally quiet No little light, no chime They powered her down I’m powering down this time
Good news! We think you’ll love her
Always yours I’m coming to you
